There is a lot of beautiful handmade products made by skilled artisans and
sold in Hanoi central now such as lacquered ware, ceramic products....They
come mostly from handicraft villages around Ha Noi. For centuries, villages
around Vietnam’s major towns have specialized in single-commodity
production, initially to supply the local market and sometimes going onto
win national fame for the skill of their artisans.

way No 1, we can reach to Duyen Thai village in Ha Tay
province which is famous for bamboo rattan products. Close door is Bangso
village in which all villages here produced lacquer ware before and there
are only some families still keep their tradition from the generation to
the next at the moment. After having picnic lunch, we drive through
beautiful countryside to the west of Ha Tay province to visit Chuong
conical hat. The last stop for today is must-see Van Phuc silk village.
Trip ends at 5.00 am in Ha Noi.
